Building B is 10 years old and has 70 rooms is recently renovated and can be placed in the 3-star budget hotel level accommodations with service apartments that are clean and largely spaced. All rooms have air-conditioning, cable TV, hot water, shower, refrigerator, in-house phone and the standard rooms have a balcony. Room living spaces are between 32 and 48 sqm.

In this building there are 2 different types:

Room Type 1 (as shown in the slide) is the standard room that comes with 1 king size bed or 2 separated single beds as show in the slide show.

Room Type 2 with double balcony (as shown in the slide) is a deluxe room with balcony and some of the are on a corner. The difference between these two types is just that the deluxe room has two balconies because they are at the corner of the building with the same furniture.

There are in both types of rooms a TV with many cable channels, two complementary bottles of water in a small fridge, Free Internet Wi-Fi with good signal, two large towels, bathing cap, soap and shampoo.
