Building A

Building A with 76 rooms is more than 20 years old and is in need of serious renovation works. The ground floor has a reception area plus lobby, no key card. The building has no elevator and not all of the rooms are presently in use. For the moment the rooms are low quality but still successfully rented out to Thai locals not in need of any luxury but just basic living. Monthly rentals are from 2,500 for a single room with ceiling fan to 6,000 for suite-type with air-con bedroom and a living room. These are all fully furnished and from the 16 rooms, 12 have air-conditioning and 5 only have fan for cooling. All single units here are 28 sqm and the one bedroom units have 56 sqm living space, included the balconies . The 2nd and 3rd floor has 21 rooms each.

4th floor has 12 suite-type (air-con) and 2 studios (fan). On floor 4 are room type 1.

On the first and second floor are several units from room type 2 fully furnished with fan only and there are also several units from the room type 3 that comes all unfurnished.
