The residence only rent out units per 1 month minimum and no less time than this. Choices are between 1 and 12 months. Rental prices are in Thai Baht per month and they can variant depending on the floor they are on and the length of rental period. All prices are subject to change without prior notice until contract is signed. Extra on the rental are the electricity bills at 8 THB/Unit and water at 50 THB/Unit. The deposit are 2 months’ rent refundable at the end of the renting term if all is in perfect condition like it was hand over. The rent is 1 month in advance.
